For the first edition of Thai Food Festival, Banyan Tree Cabo Marques transformed into a culinary mecca. Throughout the festivity, the attendees enjoyed authentic Thai food and delicacies prepared by Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Executive Thai Chef Renu Homsombat. A series of traditional Thai dishes paired with excellent Mexican wines from Casa Madero, signature cocktails made with fine Tequila Maestro Dobel Diamante and Corona beer, completed the culinary experience. The itinerary officially started on a Friday night with the opening event “A Night in Bangkok”. A Thai cooking class was held at Las Vistas lobby bar by Saffron resident Chef Chitchom Chansong and Chef Renu. And the perfect closure came with the True Royal Thai Nights, where all the magnificent Royal Thai gastronomy was available with a set menu carefully crafted for this festival.
